FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

            The Lawrence Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in reference to a serious injury accident that occurred at approximately 2:11 a.m. on Sunday, November 6, 2011, at the intersection of 19th and Iowa Street.  The driver of the westbound vehicle on 19th Street is a possible witness to the accident and the Lawrence Police Department is seeking to talk to them for possible information.
